    Why we're building this
    "As an apprentice, I went looking for professional communities and found Google Forms, random links and reply-if-you-can emails. There was no real home for them."

    Then I spoke to more than 20 organisers. They felt the same: too many tools, too much manual work, and no way to build something that lasts. So we built Eventli: one place to run events, grow a network and keep people connected after the night ends.

    How much does Eventli cost?

    Free events are free and uncapped, with no allowance and no per-event charge. Paid tickets are 3% + 10p per ticket plus Stripe's card processing of 1.5% + 20p, so £1.20 all-in on a £20 ticket. There's no monthly fee. Attendees never pay to use Eventli.

    What is Eventli Plus?

    Plus is an optional plan for organisers who sell a lot of tickets: £29 a month or £249 a year for a 0% platform fee on every ticket (Stripe processing still applies). It also includes a full financials page, automated reminders, scheduled broadcast messages and one-click duplicate events. Plus arrives after launch.

    What do founding organisers get?

    Zero Eventli fees for your first six months (Stripe's card fee still applies), then your pricing locked for 24 months, hands-on setup and a direct say in what we build. There are 20 spots.

    When does Eventli launch?

    April 2027. Founding organisers start working with us before then, and everyone on the waitlist hears first.

    How does the WhatsApp group work?

    When someone books a ticket, they get an invite to that event's WhatsApp group. It's their choice to join. Nobody is added without saying yes.

    Can people see who else is going?

    Yes. Attendees can see the name and photo of others who have registered, so networking starts before the night.

    Do attendees need an account?

    Yes. It's free and you sign in with LinkedIn. You need to be 16 or over, and 16 to 17 year olds need a parent or guardian's consent.

    How do payouts work?

    Payments run through Stripe and go straight to the organiser's own Stripe account. Organisers set their own refund policy and handle refunds.

    Who is Eventli for?

    Anyone running or attending professional events in the UK: networking nights, workshops, talks, panels, founder meetups and career events, from 20 people to 500.
